Our mission at Drill Team CSRA is to. D.R.I.L.L — Develop Responsible Intellectuals Loving Life.
We are a youth program that targets youth who need that extra mentoring and guidance in life and reinforcement of positive traits that they may already possess while working to develop new positive traits. We feel that if a person is responsible then that sets a great base to instill positive intellectual qualities that can assist them in a rapidly changing world. Qualities like fairness, diversity, respect for ideas and opinions, integrity, conflict management, and creativity.
We plan on achieving our goals by utilizing sports to serve as a catalyst to motivate our youth to follow the program. Our staff has a wealth of experience in the sports world as well as the educational world being college graduates, teachers, professional athlete, parents and mentors.
We feel sports aid in teaching qualities like time management, team work, commitment, overall goal setting and effective communication.
